  • What is the Kent's Kickbacks program?
    The Kent’s Kickback is a special way for us to give back and say thank you to our guests. There is no card to get the sales price and you never have to clip paper coupons again. With Kickbacks you get exclusive sale information, thank you gifts, surprise discounts at the register and rewards just for shopping at Kents.
  • How do I become a member of the Kent’s Kickback Program?
    There are two easy ways to become a member:

    1. Sign up at the register. Tell the checker that you would like to become a kickbacks member, give the checker your phone number and then go home and complete your profile online at kentsgrocery.com/kickbacks.

    2. Sign up at the service desk- simply fill out a brochure or talk to our helpful and friendly staff.

    3. Visit our website kentsgrocery.com/kickbacks to enroll online.
  • Do I have to be a Kent’s Kickbacks member to shop in the store and get your everyday sale prices?
    No you do not. The Kickback’s program is just a benefit, not a requirement. You are guaranteed to get our everyday low sale prices every time you walk into our stores, whether you are a kickbacks member or not.
  • Is Kent’s Kickback available at all Kent’s locations?
    Yes, the Kickback program is available at all stores and all promotion points can be earned and redeemed at all stores unless otherwise specified.
  • What personal information will be requested and required to sign up?
    You will be asked to share your name, phone number, email, address, birthdate and a few interests. Kent’s and Associated Food Stores are the only parties that have access to your personal information. At no time will we share this information with other parties.
  • I don’t have access to a computer, how can I register?
    If you do not have access to a computer at home, visit the service desk and they will be happy to help you.
  • How many emails will I receive each week if I sign up for the Kickback program?
    As a member of the program you will receive one email per week with sale items and other promotions. You will periodically receive other emails making you aware of special time sensitive sales, events or recall info.
  • Can each family member have their own Kent’s Kickback account?
    Yes, each family member can be a member. The best way to do this is sign up one family member, the person that will be the primary account holder. Then go online to kentsgrocery.com/kickbacks and add other family members to the account under secondary users. Each secondary user must have an individual phone number.
  • How many Kickback cards do I get when I sign up?
    When signing up you will not receive a card because the Kickback program does not have a physical card. If you sign up for the program at the checkstand you will be given a temporary registration card that can be thrown away once your profile has been completed at Kentsgrocery.com/kickbacks.
  • How does the Kickback points program work?
    Kents Kickbacks points program that is month to month earning. You will accumulate Kickback points each month and will earn points for every dollar spent. This excludes the purchase of prescriptions, money orders, gift cards etc. Wallet credits will be awarded based on points earned. See information below. At the start of each month, you will receive an email with your wallet earned for the month. You have the next month to spend your wallet credit before it expires. Be sure to give us your current email address so you won’t miss out!
  • What is Kent’s Kickback wallet credit?
    Wallet credit is also known as in-store credit.
  • How can I see my wallet credit?
    There are many ways that you can see your wallet credit balance.
    • Your cashier can tell you each time you shop, once your phone number is entered.
    • Look at the bottom of your receipt – there is an up-to-date balance.
    • Go online at kentsgrocery.com/kickback and view your balance.
    • Log into your account with your smartphone- this also works really well on your iPad, Kindle Fire, etc.
  • Can I “cash out” my Kickback wallet credit?
    Think of your Kickback wallet credit as your own in-store credit account. You cannot be given cash from the account, but you can spend your balance on anything in the store except tobacco, alcohol, money orders, fuel, gift cards and prescriptions.
  • What can I spend my Kickback wallet credit on?
    Your Kickback wallet credit can be spent on anything in the store except tobacco, alcohol, money orders, fuel, gift cards and prescription.
  • Can I use a portion of my Kent’s Kickback wallet credit, or do I need to spend it all at one time?
    You can spend the wallet credit all at one time or just a little at a time. It’s your choice and under your control. Please note that some wallet credits have expiration dates. Make sure you have your email in your profile to receive notification of wallet credit.
  • When I redeem my Kickback offers or my wallet credit, why do I have to show ID?
    For your protection we require ID when redeeming your wallet credit. That way, no one can use their neighbor’s phone number and redeem their neighbor’s balance.
